What's on a real Galp Portugal Receipt?

Every part of the receipt has a purpose. Here is what you will find on this template and why it matters.

Station header

The top block identifies the fueling location with the business name, street address, postal area, tax identifier, and phone line. It gives the receipt a clear point of origin.

Transaction codes

A short message block carries the date, time, operator, shift, receipt number, and transaction reference. These fields help identify a specific fueling event.

Fuel grade and unit price

The fuel grade line names the product, and the unit price shows the cost per liter. Together they explain how the fuel amount is calculated.

Volume and fuel subtotal

The liters pumped and the resulting fuel subtotal show the main purchase quantity and cost before taxes and adjustments.

Taxes and total

Tax lines break out the applicable taxes and any reduction, then lead to the final total. This makes the tax-inclusive price easier to read.

Payment method

The payment line states how the purchase was settled, such as bank card or cash, and repeats the amount paid. It closes the transaction summary.

Closing note

A brief farewell or travel note appears near the bottom, giving the receipt a station-style ending without adding transaction data.

Tips for a Galp Portugal Receipt

  1. 1Keep the fuel math consistent: liters multiplied by price per liter should match the fuel subtotal before taxes.
  2. 2Use a plausible Portuguese date and time, with day/month/year and a 24-hour clock, for the fill-up line.
  3. 3Show the pump number, operator number, shift, receipt reference, and transaction reference as separate short lines.
  4. 4For card payments, show only the payment method and amount, not a full card number.
