Receiptum is a template design tool. We do not verify, validate, or authenticate any generated content.
Any misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Receiptum.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or brand elements included in your templates.
We do not claim ownership over user-generated content and are not responsible for any legal issues arising from its use.
5. Intellectual Property
The Receiptum service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Payments
Some features may require payment in the future. Payments will be processed by third-party providers. We do not store or process payment card details.
Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Receiptum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We do not guarantee that generated receipts will be accepted by any institution or organization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receiptum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms.
